All inquiries from media or strangers requesting information will be told that a spokesperson from the church will contact them. General Sunday Service or church information can be distributed freely. Employees, members, frequent friends, or committee chairs names and phone numbers are to be treated as confidential and will not be given out.
The board president and the publicity committee are authorized to speak on behalf of the church or to delegate this responsibility to an appropriate spokesperson.
