Davis Cope: Mathematics (And Other Professions) as an Approach to the World

Davis Cope is a regular visitor to our fellowship and a most welcome speaker. He earned his Doctorate in applied mathematics from Vanderbilt University and is a Professor of Mathematics at North Dakota State University.

Betty Mills: The Road Not Taken

Betty Mills is a longtime friend of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Fargo-Moorhead. She is from the Bismarck-Mandan Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, where she is a charter member. For the last 17 years Betty has written a political column for the Bismarck Tribune.

John Helgeland: The Challenges of Global Religion

John Helgeland is a favorite guest speaker here at the Unitarian Universalist Church. He is Professor of Religion at North Dakota State University.

 

OCTOBER 27

Laurie Seifert: The First of Our Seven Principles in Story and Verse

Laurie became a new member of our congregation recently, after recognizing that she has been a UU, without realizing it, all of her life. She is the Stage Manager for the Festival Convert Hall at North Dakota State University.

 

Fall Back Potluck Dinner following 10/27 service, bring a dish to share and don't forget to turn you clocks back an hour before you go to bed on Saturday evening.
